Para a postagem 100 deixo-vos um lado da escultura de Rodin (um escultor que vai ser muito falado no 12º ano) que está no MNAA e um "pequeno" texto para refletir. (eu sei que está em inglês...mas é para se começarem a habituar)
"We have all heard stories of people going to museums in the days following September 11, just to be there, quietly, safe in the company of things that are beautiful and impossibly fragile, yet that have lasted for centuries through war and tumult to lay claim still on our imaginations. (…) As German fire bombs and rockets rained down upon the city, the people of London called for Old Master pictures to be put back on view (they had been kept in safe storage deep in Wales ever since the start of the war). And they were: one painting at a time, a different painting each month. It was if the gallery’s visitors were saying that as long as their artistic legacy was on view for them to enjoy (even if only one painting at a time) they could be assured that life would go on as before and that they still had the right to see – indeed still had the capacity for, however dark the days and long the nights were – beauty in the world, their world, a just and purposeful world. e que tal uma ponte entre as obras de Rodin (n só esta mas também as outras) e o non-finito do Miguelito?
Agora que ja acbou o ano já posso lisongear a professora sem me parecer que estou a dar lustro; sabe tão bem receber posts nem que seja um de cada vez como receber quadros, tambem estes, um de cada vez. Espero que o blog n acabe tão depressa.
Nunca me considerei capaz de tão fino elogio! Devem ser influencias do "Liasons Dangereuses"
se bem está lembrado senhor (ou senhora) anónimo nas aulas fizemos algumas pontes entre o non-finito de um e a textura da escultura de Rodin...até falámos sobre a ideia de pedestal que Rodin irá abolir...
já agora, no MNAA pode ainda encontrar uma escultura em madeira de um Cristo que pode fazer lembrar o Pensador de Rodin (de bronze) - esta escultura está, se não estou eu em erro, na última sala da exposição temporária.
Professora lembra-se do trabalho que fiz sobre Rodin??? Até nem estava muito mau... :p Ainda o tenho aqui comigo. Se quiser empresto-lhe o meu livrinho sobre ele para por algumas coisas em portugues aqui no blog. E obrigada por me ter emprestado o seu livro dele, aquele bem gigante!!! beijinhos
